TOUR /ESPERIENCES/ACCOMODATIONS

Reservations are subject to the availability of the location and language. During our tours, our guides can be performed in various languages. Reservations are subject to the availability of the location and language. A minimum number of 2 people required to start certain experiences, unless otherwise specified. In case of use of earrings and earphones, if the customer loses or does not return the system provided by the third party partner, the customer will be required to pay a penalty established by the third party.

MEETING POINT

Please plan to arrive at the Artemisia Viaggi Srl meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour departure. No refunds will be paid to customers who do not show up at the meeting point at the established time or who do not complete the tour, who lose contact with the guide.

BOOKINGS BY OUR WEBSITE

The services booked through our website www.artemisiaviaggi.it  can only be canceled in writing by sending an email to amministrazione@artemisiaviaggi.it . The full amount will be charged at the time of booking. Reservations are subject to availability. The availability shown on our website is updated daily and reflects actual availability.

PAYMENTS

Customers agree to pay the total amount included in the Reservation, including any related charges, fees, deposits and taxes. Rates and other charges related to our experiences are set by us. Customers acknowledge that Regiondo (our third party channel manager) charges the full amount of the Total Fees to the Guest's payment method at the time of the Guest's booking.

When you make a Booking, you authorize Regiondo directly or indirectly through a third party payment processor, to process the payment with the payment method selected in the Booking

Regiondo uses a third party payment processor to process customer payments for the Services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

penalty of 30% of the total amount for cancellations within 90 days before the date of the tour / services booked

penalty of 90% of the total amount for cancellations within 21 days before the date of the tour / services booked

no refund (100% penalty) for further cancellations or no shows. There are no refunds for customers who do not show up at the meeting point in time for the start of the tour and for customers who lose contact with the guide or do not complete the excursion

CANCELLATION BY TOUR OPERATOR

When Artemisia Viagi Tour Operator cancels the experience, the customer has the right to request a refund, only of the amount paid. The Tour Operator claims the right to cancel an experience for any reason up to 12 hours before the departure time. In case of force majeure (strikes, pandemics, road conditions, weather conditions…) Artemisia Viaggi Tour Operator can modify the itinerary with alternative solutions or cancel the experience. Furthermore, Artemisia Viaggi Tour Operator is not responsible for the additional expenses that may be incurred by a customer in relation to a canceled experience (e.g. hotels, flights, etc.).

DATE CHANGE

A booking change is allowed within 7 days of the experience departure date. Any costs relating to any entrance tickets or reservations for the actual conduct of the experience may be withheld. Subsequent changes or requests received less than 7 days after departure are subject to a penalty of € 10 per person, plus any costs related to any entrance tickets or reservations for the actual conduct of the experience, which will be fully withheld.

DISPUTES

Any complaints must be communicated in writing to info@artemisiaviaggi.it no later than 7 days from the date of the experience. Complaints or disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the customer and the Tour Operator will be referred to the Court of Siena.

MINORS

Under 18s must be accompanied by at least 1 adult to participate in an experience.

INGRESSI MUSEI/MONUMENTI

During the high season, despite our reservations, the entrance to the museums / monuments may be delayed for security reasons. Based on the above reasons, any delay cannot be attributed to the responsibility of Artemisia Viaggi Tour Operator srl.
